Value Engineering/Value Management is a systematic, organized approach to provide the necessary functions (performance) of a given product or service at the lowest cost.
Every organization which is serving the people with their products and services needs to be profitable and consistently tries to maximize their profits. When the employees feel they belong to the organization, the productivity and profitability improve. Employees feel a sense of achievement in their personal career.

Improving teamwork right trough
Different types of courses have been developed as per the requirement of the organizations, such as
1. One-day introductory course: Top Management, Senior Management and general employees.
2. Two-day course: Senior Management and employees can have some hands on practice of the basics.
3. Five-day workshop as per the guidelines from S.A.V.E. (Society of American Value Engineers), This is also a requisite for getting a certification from SAVE.
Both online and onsite modules are available for the first two, but the third has to be taken onsite only.
Certificates for records are given to each participant.
